Elma: I have slipped a bit lately too so I know where your coming from.I'm going to follow your lead and get started seriously working on losinfg the fat.(by the way,I was all set to walk with you in St Augustine the other day.What happened to that?I was disappointed.)
Priscilla: Weight for today...356 even. Worked out at the gym, so far - so good on my eating and feeling very fabulous.Come on along, the fitness is feeling fine!Priscilla :)
Priscilla: OMG...sorry to be a cry baby and I know I have NO ONE to blame but me, but my face and my body have gotten so much fatter in the last three months!!! WHY did I stop getting on the scale and let this happen!? Now I am going to be forced to kick my own butt into gear and save myself! Yikes...the videos are horrible...you are warned!
Priscilla: Not only did I survive at the BIG gym, I loved it! I'll tell you all about it tomorrow and upload two little movies I made of myself, before and after, in the car. They will be good for a wee laugh! Have a brilliant Sunday! :)

cindyrella: Hi! Before I go to work, I try to walk on my treadmill at least 10 minutes, then do more in the evening or go to the gym after work, but that 10 minutes really pumps me up and gives me alot of energy. When I don't walk that 10 minutes, I notice I'm very sluggish and tired at work!!!!
Joe: I stopped taking my car to work and now walk the 2 miles each way.

Tina: I think hormones are making us bigger. Just read a study about young men growing man boobs because of the growth hormones (including estrogen) in food. YIKES!

stella: first time on tag board ran out of space. i remember your face priscilla after i fit you for a new bra you were amazed. not only did you look great you looked amazing. i see this everyday at work on the faces of the gals that are getting a great fit do it for yourself your worth it.
stella: how right you are prsicilla about the undergarment thing. being a bra fitter i know first hand how many women out there are holding on to those nasty bras and panties. a bra only is made to last 6 months if you have a few it would be longer but come on girls do something for yourself get the fit. when your body is changing into new sizes that means bras and panties to. not only will it make your appeance 100% better it will make you feel sexy. and we all love that!!!! i remember your face pricsi

Gracie: Enjoyed your blog about Halloween Priscilla!!For the past few years I have stopped giving out candy. One year I found a box full of tiny bags of microwave popcorn, and the past 3 years have given out little 100 calorie bags of Doritos, though last year...I actually had one little boy tell me he did NOT like them....lol! When you think of the fact that 3 tiny kit kats equal 200 calories, and of ALL the candy they already receive, well....I dont care to contribute to their calories OR their cavi
Priscilla: Hi Lois,The sleeping arrangements are JUST like camp...in cabins with about 8 in total. There are some private rooms too, but they are on a first requested, first given basis and are limited! PLEASE come along, you will love it and it really is going to be an incredible week! The team putting it together is just AMAZING! If I could bottle their energy and enthusiasm, we'd all be able to fly to the moon!Priscilla :)

I have been riding that yo-yo for many years, doing all sorts of things from Weight Watchers, to Herbal Magic, etc. Now I am 52 and have menopause to deal with on top of it! Priscilla: Hi Michelle, thanks for that! The wonderful thing about Deerfield is they are actually on the top ten list of the best valued spas in America. We are doing a breakdown of what all the meals, services, classes, etc., would cost if bought seperate and you will really be surprised when you see the bottom line. Think about starting a DEERFIELD piggy bank. Put money in it that would go to candy, etc. You would be surprised how quick it would get full and you would have the best week of your life

cindyrella: Hi! I joined the walking program at work last week and we're on teams. This ispires me even more to walk MORE then I do. I have alot more energy and in the a.m. I usually walk on the incline part of my treadmill for just 10 minutes and even that gives me so much more energy for the day. I can't believe it. Get moving. :)
Priscilla: Still in England, leaving here on Wed, 2nd of July and CAN'T get my ticket changed without spending $800. - - - I'm going to have to knuckle down at the computer to get everything done on this side of the pond...details to follow

Am I there yet?

Sunday is just a few days away people and I hope that EVERYONE even close to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania will consider meeting me on City Island for 9 am at the merry-go-round to kick off the website, www.WalkOffObesity.com and get the whole world walking.

Watching snow flurries last night I thought that the weather might keep some of you away, but trust me on this one, it is WAY better to take a nice brisk walk in the cold rather than the heat. 

If you are coming, please dress for it, wear layers, bring water for yourself and get ready to meet lots of people (the brave ones who battle the elements anyway!) like you, who want to make a healthy difference in your own life as well as others.

We can do this!  See you there.
