Thanks Priscilla, and ENJOY your time in Spain!! Wow!! You go girl!!
Am excited to read it! And yes...Autumn is definitly in the air here in NW Minnesota! Watching leaves fall as I type...lol..ugh!! I LOVE the fragrance of Autumn candles, and dried leaves!
I've just finished posting the link to your journal; I hope it helps you. I quite enjoyed reading your posts, and I hope others will, too.
I was looking for some great blogs and I found yours.
Your layout is great, posts are easy to read... All around, it's a great journal.
Since I've been back in the mode of walking each and every day, I've remembered just what this daily exercise ritual does for you. It really is the exercise that sticks to your ribs and stays with you for the entire day.
Yesterday I had two wonderful walks and I have to admit, in the last few days that I have been getting a lot of outdoor walking in, my sleep has been brilliant. Not even my loud neighbors are bothering me with their midnight music, floor stomping and door banging!
Chalk it up to a combination of a great workout in the great outdoors and it is a real natural. Plus, last night before I went to sleep I did a series of breathing exercises I learned at Deerfield Spa in the Pocono Mountains that are designed to make you relax.
This morning I needed to wake up early and by setting my alarm an hour earlier I was able to really set up another great day by starting my day walking. It is the best medicine we can take, free, makes you feel really alive and you wouldn't believe how different each and every walk can be.
Where are you walking? Are you walking? I've gotten some great email on the subject and want to hear from YOU.
Get out there and move, enjoy and always take your camera with you. The world around us has such wonderful beauty it shows us every time we care to look.
