Am excited to read it! And yes...Autumn is definitly in the air here in NW Minnesota! Watching leaves fall as I type...lol..ugh!! I LOVE the fragrance of Autumn candles, and dried leaves!

Walking is a great way of life that most of us can do no matter where we are in the world. Everyone who knows me knows that I really do love walking. There is nothing else like it for really getting out there and enjoying nature, the city or the small towns along the way.
If you are walking each day, why not organize a group in your area to help you and others stay motivated? I'm currently doing just that and will be keeping an online journal of it, that you will be invited to take part in.
